Returns

Please use the online contact form to send us a message within 7 days from the delivery date if you want to return an item(s). In order to be eligible for a refund, we must have agreed to the return via email and items must be returned at your own cost and within 14 days of agreement.

A refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges will be credited to the original credit card/Paypal used for payment. Refunds will not be processed until items are received by Bubby Knit.

This refund policy does not apply to items which have been worn, used and not returned in the original packaging.

Bubby Knit will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure, therefore we recommend you purchase shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier and that you return your item via registered post.
